(she/her)

"I am a counselor-in-training pursuing my Master's at Virginia Commonwealth University. My therapeutic work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and I work with individuals, couples, and families. My approach to counseling encourages values-driven action and reflection in order to empower clients, particularly regarding relationships. As such, I bring a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing on my experience as an educator and facilitator to help clients align actions with values, improve communication, and deepen emotional bonds to build resilient, mutually empowering relationships.

As clinical intern under the supervision of both Virginia Commonwealth University and Dr. Kate Ramsdell, PsyD at Harney & Associates, I seek to grow and learn from clients and their unique situations and to challenge my assumptions. I am most interested in couples and individuals who are navigating transitions like parenthood, marriage, and career changes. I also hope to run therapeutic roleplaying groups for adolescents and adults. I look forward to serving Richmond and helping you in a way that aligns best with your goals and worldview."
